not a great processor. It is good enough imo but effectively 2 generations old.
1. Can confirm it has a touchscreen.
2. Laptop was in a nice zippered soft carry sleeve
3. Laptop looks & feels brand new. No signs of use at all. I went over every part of it, and the only thing I could find was a tiny hairline scratch next one of the feet.
4. Very fast, especially compared to my old 6-gen i5 Thinkpad.
5. Has some bloatware, need to uninstall.
Overall, great value for the money. Very satisfied.

Edit - I don't need a touch screen.
Great laptop. I have the Acer 5 which is a bit more polished (metal). Solid computer.

I know it's on the cheap side, but how is the build quality? Touchpad and hinges seem decent?
Now, if they start to make these with the 12 generation, that would be a killer deal. The i3 in 12th generation is faster than i5 in older generations.

CHOOSE THE RIGHT ASPIRE.

The Aspire 5 also has superior wireless and wired connectivity, support for more memory and storage and a screen upgrade.
Overall, we'd lean towards the Aspire 5 for its superior screen, plus that USB-C port and WiFi 6 connectivity. The classier alloy chassis doesn't hurt, either. Just don't go mad with that options list.

See my post above. its good but the aspire 5 is better for cheaper.
Yes, it comes with Office 365, but it is not licensed. If you try to use any office app (like word or excel) it will prompt you to either enter an activation code or to login with a work/school id that includes Office 365.[/QUOTE]
