I remember when these were $98.

But this is very good deal. Very very nice Jack, use these in our towing company, the most lightweight and strongest jack in its class. Very reliable.
It was Arcan hybrid: aluminum and steel. Same basic jack as this Costco just in Green. https://slickdeals.net/f/16234138-amazon-arcan-3-ton-hybrid-aluminum-and-steel-floor-jack-145-66#comments

Arcan Hybrid in green at HD is now $245 on sale: https://www.homedepot.com/p/Arcan.../312264577

I'm pretty sure this Husky hybrid is the same jack too, specs are identical: https://www.homedepot.com/p/Husky.../315530068

I think they were $159 in the store the other day unless it's a different model.

Have this Jack and I like it a lot, only complaint is that it's still pretty heavy even though they use aluminum for some of it. Got mine for $99 in 2016, no issues with it at all over all this time.

Saw those and I think it was the all steel model which is really heavy.

Yep, got mine way back when they were $98 too. It still works great!

Long time before, Costco had it for $99 after $20 off. Last year, I bought it from Amazon ~$138 with flash deal in green color. It was very nice jack, indeed!

Yes my local store also has the red Arcan all steel for $139.99 as the regular shelf price.
It weighs 78 pounds vs the OP's hybrid Aluminum /steel which weighs 58 pounds.

If you never need to pick the jack up, all steel is probably fine. If you Do need to lift your jack and move it around, that's when you might want to spend the extra and go aluminum.
