Good specs for the price. Good benchmarks on the cpu and even though the dedicated gpu is two generations old, it will handle office productivity and moderate graphics tasks well. 16 GB memory should be sufficient. Cheaper laptops right now almost always have only 8 GB of memory and the integrated graphics are not Iris Xe (in my opinion, the bare minimum for general office productivity).

I just ran into this with a similar 12th generation until h series processor. The 100 watt dock will not charge the unit as It is a 100 plus what laptop So I still have to have the power cord plugged in. Just another new weird caveat for USB-C plugs!
