Have called twice and both agents told me their don't have the authority for that time of price adjustment and to call back tomorrow when the Supervisors come back in.

Well let's say people are reselling these. They can expect to get 450, maybe 500 if they are lucky. So they are making profit from the percentage they got off. Not charging buyers over retail, actually saving the buyers taxes etc ... So I'd rather the little guys make a little extra, especially with inflation being where it's at. 🧠

Market will be flooded. They are in for a rude awakening. Going rate will be $400 now. Not worth the hassle to resell
