$2.99 shipping can be negated by picking up in warehouse. Not the same combo as last year either. But the cost of Time Machine travel to get last year's deal makes this one better.

Looking at costco reviews, the portable one it comes with is a disappointment. The aquarius offered for 50 elsewhere cleans as well as this countertop one, but has one more setting and one more tip.

The Costco reviewers seem to think that somehow the battery powered portable unit could possibly be as powerful as the corded one. Of course it isn't. It's got pretty good reviews on Amazon from people that apparently understand that there are going to be some compromises to make it portable.

I almost pulled the trigger on just the cordless one for $45...but this deal is sweet for me. Get the full benefit of the corded one, but convenience of the cordless. Glad I waited.

Anyone thinks the one from Philips is better? I used to have a Waterpik water flosser years before, and Waterpik was more like pushing water stream (more liquid) out. On the other hand, Philips is using kinda water spray (less liquid) instead, which works much better with mouth wash.

Is that still the case for Waterpik? Anyone else have used both brands? Any thoughts?
