You don't need to. They have bluetooth built-in and a usb wired cable typically comes in the box.

This controller supports 4 connection methods:
1) wired
2) XBOX Wireless connectivity (pairing to an XBOX)
3) XBOX Wireless adapter for Windows (this is sold separately and supports up to 8 controllers simultaneously)
4) Bluetooth

Connection methods 1, 2, & 3 all offer full controller support with headphone jack and haptic feedback (controller vibration).
Connection method 4 (Bluetooth) does not.

I have 3 adapters - one for my PC and one for each of my children's PC's.
If you have an adapter the controller can be paired to two devices at a time with one connection being the adapter and one being Bluetooth.
We pair to our PC's with our adapters and then use Bluetooth to pair to our Galaxy tablets.
You can switch between the two by pressing the pairing button on the controller for 3 seconds.

Yes but not well. Nothing but problems on mine. It may be my BT adapter I suppose but I experienced lots of disconnects. It's better with the Xbox usb adapter but I still had issues. My OG 360 controller never disconnects.
