I used this same T-Mobile home 5g service a year ago when moving from the Midwest to east coast so my wife could work remotely while we slowly drove our way east. I don't know if they block you eventually but I was definitely able to use the service in multiple places outside my "official" original order/delivery location.
The promo back then was Disney plus and a visa cash card. I took screenshots today where it said that I could get the fire tv, so it seems right now that they are letting you sign up and cancel with different promos. I guess I will find out.
