Yea gruv is owned by Universal Pictures Home Entertainment so I find them trustworthy enough.
I've ordered about 20 movies/sets over the past few weeks and all have been new and pristine condition. Single movies shipped in a bubble envelope but when ordering multiples it came in a box.
Side note that happyanny15 code is one time use only so don't randomly apply it to a small order like I did.
Gruv is Universal Studio's direct-to-home retailer who also now has partnered with Warner Brothers to sell their catalog as well. Because there are no middlemen, they typically (though not always) sell these studios' films cheaper than other retailers, particularly with sales and coupon codes.

Gruv consistently packs their films neatly with bubble wrap such that they usually arrive damage free, well at least less damaged than most other retailers. These manufacturers make 4K UHD cases even thinner/flimsier/cheaper than bluray cases unfortunately. I just bought a case of empty 2-disc and 3-disc (swinging type) to have as it's just easier to swap busted cases than return and repurchase all the time so long as the discs are still okay. I think I've bought north of 100 titles on Gruv and had one missing a digital slip (they shipped a replacement to me) and recently had one arrive with the disc scratched all to hell which they also replaced. Better odds than Amazon and no greasy stickers on my box art like BestBuy haha.
