I thought the same thing. The optional side cabinet has an extra set of wheels but that's not where you'd expect the extra support is needed.

I just bought one of these - and selected the free hutch ($1548 value) when you get the receipt the workbench shows up as <$1000 meaning you could theoretically return the hutch and get the highly rated workbench for <$1000.

Yep, hackable. It's still a chunk of change, but probably worth it for a very substantial box.

Very hackable and was able to immediately cancel the overhead cabinets to bring the workbench down to $855+tax (had a HD 10% off coupon) a very slick deal indeed
