This is not a good deal (coming from a OP9 user.)
I read many reviews about this phone. I think at the original price or even with some discount, paying $500-650 USD for this phone is a bit of a headache.
At $270, a little over 1 year from its release date, I feel like this is a great deal.
It's priced more like a lower-mid range phone than a high mid-range phone.
Performance is good, the screen is good. We'll need to buy a case for it, but I think it can like for 3+ years of usage.
The biggest thing I don't like about this phone is that the chassis is made of plastic (?) according to a published review. Plastic for a cell phone is not ideal. But, I'll buy a case and it shouldn't be a huge issue.
Good deal for a decent phone.
I was looking hard at the Galaxy S23 FE @ $400 but I just don't think it's a significantly better phone to justify paying an additional $130. To put it into perspective, the S23 FE is 48% more expensive than the $270 OnePlus 10T.

While I prefer the OnePlus substantially I personally wouldn't switch unless I was giving the 7a to someone else. Ultimately they are both from the same generation of phone at fairly similar price points so you won't see a huge difference like going up 3 generations.

Of coarse first you have to also go through the oneplus form to get the file needed to unlock the bootloader.

It will take time. It took Tmobile a couple of weeks to get their blessing, and once that's done the oneplus unlock token takes exactly 2 weeks from the second it was submitted for them to get your unlock bin file. Once it's unlocked, you can relock and unlock all day long without ever needing the token again.
