I was going to get the hisense u7 but have last year's version and it has plenty of software glitches. I'm glad I waited. Just pulled the trigger on this one. Seems to be a great deal. BB won't price match, they paused matching for a few days.
Does Best Buy even carry this model?

Trying to decide between this and the Samsung frame 75 inch. The frame is an easier sell to my wife for the living room. But looks like this is going to have better quality right? And half the price

Think there's any chance Walmart would do a price adjustment as I just got this less than 30 days ago at the previous sale price of 999?

This or the Hisense U7K? Same price for both
Hisense = nonsense software. I been there, got rid of it. Always go with brand names like LG, Sony, and Samsung.

So annoying having to rebuy, luckily Walmart will schedule free pickup for previous purchase. I left it in the box in case a better deal came around.

I own a bar with 15 TVs, and have one of these, it compares well with others in its class and this is a really good deal. I also have a couple of the higher end TCL and Hisense models. I don't know if things have changed in the last couple years, but I have had an after the return window warranty issue on both a TCL and a Sony. With TCL, once they made the determination the TV had a bad panel, they did send a shipping label and paid for return shipping, but I had to package it and deal with the shipper to have it picked up. The bad part is they had no advanced replacement policy, I had to wait for them to receive it until they shipped out a factory refurbished unit. While the TV they sent back looked just as a new one and I've had no problem since, the whole process took a month. When I had a similar issue with Sony, they also paid return shipping on a 85" TV and did an advanced replacement and made arrangements that allowed me to pick up a brand new one at Best Buy where I bought it. That whole process took only 3 days. Sony also gave me the option of shipping one out to me, but I didn't want to wait for the 7 to 12 days that freight shipping would have taken. So unless things have changed, if you have problems down the road under warranty, I think Sony might be better to deal with than TCL. Not sure about Hisense because I've never had a warranty issue with them, but my one and only experience with Sony warranty support was a good one.

Thanks. I was planning on waiting out for an OLED TV instead of these LEDs. Was leaning towards Samsung's S90C, but I was afraid having to deal with them for a Waranty Claim. I have had very bad experience with Samsung's customer service. Also, Samsung has a history of trying to deny defects of their devices. Might go with the Sony one instead, they are number one in OLED reliability per Consumer Report and based on your feedback really good customer service.

This might have been the best deal of this year's black friday/cyber monday for a mid-high range TV, best value-wise. I knew it the moment it was posted so I added it to my WM cart that very moment. I think the LG C2 from last year was slightly better though.
