The few bad reviews are people complaining about no wrenches. A decent set of wrench doesn't cost that much but they're heavy. So I prefer to have a separate rack or roll of wrenches anyway.
Though for the money, I don't think you can go wrong wtih either set. I would have no worries about waiting until Spring and selling the JobSmart set for more than $40.
I literally have an extra-large tough box that I believe will fit these trays. Saving me over 100 for a new set. Replacing an old craftsman set with missing sockets broken ratchet
I've bought Pukesburgh tools, and would never recommend them. If budget is your only concern, you need something specific, and HF is most convenient, sure. But in every other case I'd say DeWalt just might be a better buy, and just maybe a little bit less likely to round off bolts and to break the first time you use them, just maybe. (And by maybe and I mean absolutely, but I'm not trying to be so needlessly agressive)
I always like T-Stak even if it isn't the toughest because that system had multiple drawer options before about any other system. Nice that everyone has them now but they were a glaring omission when every other mobile toolbox system came out. So much more convenient for small and frequently used hand tools.

Concerning that it came last in the ProjectFarm test, but I haven't watched it yet. Might return this set if it did too poorly, or if there's a good sale on Gearwrench.
