I'm not familiar with this brand. How's the quality of the ingredients and process of making the jerky and how tender/hard are they?

They sell this stuff at our local convenience store Stewart's.... it is IMHO the gold standard of beef jerky. I have it all the time...

Like 10 years ago i ordered some of this, probably on a black friday deal. Its not like the name brands, and can be a little more wet. I liked the hawaiian. Just buy it and try it. I have had worse

Prices all went back up. I was looking at it earlier and it was $9.25 for 14oz, now it's $11.10 for 14oz. Still not terrible, but bummed I missed the lower price.

This is the reason for "discount" bags: The Jerky is sometimes drier and saltier or thicker than the Fresh Jerky! But is still good!!!

Just watch some YouTube videos on jerky. It is amazingly easy to make in the oven or air fryer. I make mine in my air fryer and I actually switched to pork lately. I get loin for about $2/lb at my local stores, slice it up a couple of pounds at a time, marinate it for 24+ hours and dehydrate for 4-6 hours at 165f. If you want shelf stable just add a curing salt to the marinade otherwise it keeps fresh in the fridge for a long time.

At $2/lb for fresh meat even if it loses 50% of weight in water, that's $4/lb jerky and you control the flavors and spices that go into it.
