Zoom into the picture on the front side of the plug, and you see the UL stamp.
Good detective work!....the UL number (E321431) appears to be legit and originates from the manufacturer in China (I looked it up). There would also need to be a UL "E" number on the outlet side as well (not visible in the photos). It makes no sense whatsoever Amazon to not include the fact that it's UL certified on their product page! It may no longer be UL certified (in which case, it would likely be sourced from a different manufacturer). In some cases, you need to order the product in order to know for certain, but to reiterate, if it's neither UL or ETL certified, don't use it! I'd recommend this one instead.... https://www.amazon.com/SlimLine-2...C64&sr=8-3

It does look like the recent ones lose the UL certification but still have ETL on 3 outlet side where the person compares it to the same model number from Harbor Freight though in that review they seem to imply both is UL certified, but I can only see it on the Harbor Freight one as the hologram sticker is on the paper sleeve. I can't see anything on the Amazon one. Another review shows ETL on the paper sleeve where the person reviewed saying they only received one.
Ignore the 1 star lucky to be alive review photo, while recent it looks to be a completely different style plug even though you see the UL hologram sticker next to their thumb.
The stickers can sometimes be counterfeit! It must have a UL certification number on both the plug side and the outlet side.
The "Woods" version is more expensive (and sold individually) but it's a true brand name, it's 8 ft. and it's UL certified. Worth the (minimal) addl. cost, as this Amazon Basics cord is questionable. https://www.amazon.com/SlimLine-2...C64&sr=8-3

Yeah or even stolen.
But anyways I do believe these might just only be ETL at this point basing on the March 2023 review. I only saw again that they bought the Amazon Basics one back in 2021 and the mold date marking shows 12/20 without any UL E number on the back. Don't think it could be on the front side since I see nothing in the product listing photos.

Thank you, got a couple. This is good UL certified alternative at a good length and price.

Cyber Monday or not, if you don't need one right now, this is not the best bargain this year.

Limited-time deal: Woods 0600W 3-Outlet 16/2 Cube Extension Cord w/ Power Tap; 6-Feet (White) https://a.co/d/6mScVFA
It has the same number of outlets( different shape head though), same length, and is UL listed. Buying 2 of these is cheaper by a buck.
edit: womp womp, not quite the same. got it

I did that recently with a laser printer. The drum was finally starting to show use and the Ethernet had quit working on it.
I noticed I had ordered a two-pack. LMAO. A new one was in storage.
