Spend the extra money and get yourself AT LEAST a i5 or Ryzen 5 and a 1080P screen. This screen is not 1080P.
To give you an idea.... Ten years ago I purchased a scratch and dent from Dell... 17.3" 1080P i5 3rd gen. I upgraded the harddrive to a 1TB Samsung SSd, upgraded the memory to 32GB and I installed a super clean Windows 10 OS. TODAY, I still use this laptop and it is still getting updates from Windows and it works pretty good.
For $40 you get 1920 x 1080 IPS screen (versus 1600 x 900 TN panel). Both are 250 NITS.
For $20 you get the 256 GB NVMe drive (versus 128 GB).
It allows a maximum of 16GB with two upgradeable DDR4 SODIMM's, which should cost another $30 or so on Amazon.

Also consider noting that RAM is upgradable using two SO-DIMM slots. I am unclear from the documentation whether the system has 8GB of RAM soldered and two open DIMM slots or if one or both slots is populated to achieve the 8GB of RAM.Good luck!
