I placed my order on 11/25 and I have not received any updates besides "awaiting shipment". I tried to call and check on my order status but I was on hold for 15 minutes and had to get back to work. I will try again later.

I was finally able to reach someone on the 800 number today. It was the 3rd time I called. The first 2 times I was on hold for 15 minutes and hung up. This time it was 28 minutes before someone answered. I explained the situation and she put me on a brief hold and came back with what she said was a USPS tracking number. I asked her what day the order shipped and she said the label was created on 12/1 and it left their facility on 12/2. I should have checked the number before I hung up, but I did not. When I did check it, it came back as invalid. This item is a Christmas present for my son which he asked for specifically. I do hope it shows up. Personally, in the future, I will not do business with this company. Btw, I never received any email updates on this order after the first day and the website still lists my order as Awaiting Shipping.

I placed an order on Nov 27 called 5 days later because I didn't receive shipment info. Took about 30 min to reach someone they said it takes 7-10 business days for order to ship. I decided to call today to see if there's any updates, waited 45 min to reach someone and they provided me tracking and it shows it's in transit to be delivered on the 9th. Hope this helps.

Received an email just now that my order has shipped. The tracking link in the email does not work. 🙄
