Key is a professional balance job. Position the red or yellow dot on the tire at the valve stem area. Reposition the tire if you need to add more than 1 oz to balance. I static balance my tires to 1/8 oz. No noise, no vibration regardless of brand. I don't waste $ on cheap Chinese tires.

not good in bad winter weather, but in bad weather i stayed inside
what was important was that they were very cheap at the time, and i would get at least 50K miles on them before they started to get weird. tread was OK but they wouldn't drive well

I'm going to switch from 195/55R15 to this 185/65R15 and roll the dice.
Lol 10% difference in diameter (going bigger). Let's see how it rolls on a '98 Integra.
