Wishful thinking, I know, but I'd greatly prefer them to right their screw-up by charging me grand total end price of $110/incl. tax for a different set of four tires of the same size, vs. offering me $110 off.
Boo.
All four tires Made in USA 3rd week of June 2023. Remove banding straps and store tire vertically in plastic bag at cool dry location (no sunlight) if you intend to keep for 2-3 years. Tire is now rated at 51 psi cold vs 44 psi from a few years back (continuous improvement). All tires have red dots to align with valve stem.
Mounted one tire on my test rim (no TPMS). Added 1/8 oz to achieve static balance. Best price/performance tire in my lifetime.

My wife's Prius currently has 195's (all other specs match) so hopefully shouldn't be an issue going with these 185's. I'll make sure I call the installer to confirm before taking the car in.
If they won't work anyone in the DFW area looking for tires?

I know this because I had a Civic that was 185 or the door. The tire shop was out of 185 tires and said the 195's were a little bigger but would work the same because the axis of how the wheel spins is the same. You would simple be going to a slightly smaller tire which some would argue is a down grade. $22.50 a tire probably would change opinions.
