Looking at the terms and conditions it seems that PERKQVC2 only works on your second order with QVC. So it didn't work for me since I've never ordered anything before. I tried PERKQVC1 on a whim and it worked. Got it for 399.

this was a blatant lie, QVC doesnt allow you to enter 2 codes for 1 transaction.

As suggested by WhosURBuddiee, open a new chat window. The second person I talked to said place order and then supply order number and an adjustment will be made. That worked.

I bought this yesterday with 4% cash back thinking it would be out of stock soon like the other Airwrap QVC deal. Now it's 15% cash back for Cyber Monday!!! This is one of those rare times in SD where "you snooze, you lose" does not pertain.
FYI, I already got the cash back for yesterday. They calculated against the full price ($499.99) so my 4% got $20 back. If you got 15%, you'll get $75 back.
BTW, I created a new account and both codes did not work.

I was at checkout page and had a chat with them. I told them that the coupon is not working so himself went ahead and took $100 off & placed ordered for me, he didnt even ask me before placing the order. I had activated 15% cash back site i guess i wont be getting that cashback.
Now thinking whether to keep this order or cancel and reorder

Edit: Canceled my order and reordered by paying full price and CB activated, then asked an CS to apply the coupon & adjust the price, waiting for CB email.
