I don't do online orders myself but to clarify for the thread. Does it now take a week for the Bonus Cash to be available to use from an online order? Is it the same thing with an in-store pick-up? Thanks and I'm glad that you got your Bonus Cash.

Now the BC went back to what is was yesterday, but the BC that was supposed to be available today still isn't available. I received the order yesterday. Hopefully mine will show available soon.

They really don't know WTH they are doing. Nothing was ever broken - no idea what prompted this horrible idea.

It takes 8 days from pending status. Which for me was when it shipped, but for others seems to be when they order.
In store pickup is still normal like in store BUT my last pickup they charged my card, even though I specified to use BC when I ordered.

The BC that became available today I have until 12/29 to use. I was worried about that too.
