Fact check: I was wrong. They do tenderize most single-cut steaks with blades.

Funny enough, a lot of chefs recommend you do cook your A5 wagyu to at minimum medium if not well. When it's rare, the meat is a bit stiffer due to high fat content.

The best way wagyu can be enjoyed personally is yakiniku style, thinly slice the beef, cook it over personal grill on high flame (600-700F) almost less than 1 second each side. Enjoy with salt and pepper mix.
Second favorite would be rhombus cut the beef, cook like a steak but black and blue, brush on soy and eat like a nigiri.
Third would be shabu shabu, thinly slice, then blanch in shabu shabu broth for less than 5 second. Eat with raw egg yolk and soy.
Fourth would be just to eat it raw. Seriously. Defrost and wait until room temperature. Slice like sashimi. Eat with thinly sliced red onions, soy and wasabi.
Fifth and last would be to prepped like a stead.
I've been there many times. They have a cheaper option which is sometimes recommended over the more expensive steak, depending on factors I don't really understand. This shows me how honest they are though. I go with their recommendation and always get amazing, delicious, mouth-watering steak. I overdid it last time though, and ate so much that I did not want any steak for quite some time afterwards. Too much of a good thing is real!
On average it's only $70 to $100 per person for amazing steak. The same steak in Tokyo could cost hundreds of dollars, but due to the somewhat remote location near Toyota City, it was a bargain. Their steak is much better than Peter Luger at its finest in NYC, known to be one of the best steak houses in the USA, which is still very good steak but has declined a little in recent years.
aint nothing about this free
damned expensive way to make 1 meal
