update: ebay sent the case to their appeals dept, and they reviewed the messages between me and Acer refurb, they overturned it and refunded me the amount. Thank goodness. Be careful "Gabriel from Acer" seems very scammy.

theres a local account already setup acer put on these... you still do the standard setup but its a little different with that..
I honestly use my microsoft account since I have game pass, so ended up deleting the local account off, and now planning to redo the thermal paste, and getting windows 11 pro on this.

personally no, if it was the 4070ti yes, but imo even the cpu is a small increase over the i7 in this one... ram maybe but eh you can always upgrade that and these go to 64gb (granted you have to buy 2 32gb modules)
this nvme is made by micron, the ram chips are hynix, intel ax211 for wifi, killer e3100g 2.5
