I got the Multigroom a couple years ago, mostly for haircuts and some non-sensitive-area body trimming, which it works well for. It has a lot of accessory attachments, which can be nice, but the Bodygroom has a convenient sliding attachment. The Multigroom does have a "body grooming attachment", but the teeth are tiny, and in my experience, seemed to get a bit bogged down going through any thicker hair, but worked okay.
