- Must be an active Spectrum Internet customer (plans from $49/mo. w/ AutoPay) in order to qualify for Spectrum Mobile service.
- No service contract or device payment plan required to take advantage of this offer when paying the $349.99 promotion price. Simply pay $349.99 upfront and the device is yours to own. Plan costs are separate and start at $14 per GB of data / month.
- Credit check (soft pull) required for new Spectrum Internet / Mobile customers.

According to the terms, you can do the 36mo installment plan and just pay the remaining balance if you leave Spectrum. No bill credits like the major carriers. Still seems better to just pay up front, but it is there as an option.
