You should include in the original post that you have to have COX internet service to take advantage of this deal. Phenomenal deal otherwise. Haven't seen a $500 off iPhone 15 Pro Max deal anywhere else yet.

Existing Cox Mobile/Internet customer. I want to upgrade my current device (14PM) to 15PM with existing line. When I try to order online, It doesnt give me an option to choose existing; I only see "New Line" option. It says "Your existing lines are not eligible for a new device at this time"; my current device is fully paid off and unlocked (bought from Cox). Anybody facing this issue?

Not for me. Gives me an option to change device. and i was almost at the end of checkout page.

I'm guessing you need 60 days of service to unlock or just one month and then unlocks after 60 days like Verizon and it's MVNOs.

Great! Good for you. Contacted CS but they couldn't figure. After hours with them, recommendation was to order new line and after receiving the device, activation, cancel the number and swap..

Good deal, but I could not figure out taxes and fees part. Taxes and fees are too high, even after considering taxes on full amount. I asked rep but even he was not sure and told he could not help, its all in system and does not show breakdown.

I just ordered 2 phones. The taxes amount matches exactly 6.35% CT state tax on the full price of the phones for me.
