You should include in the original post that you have to have COX internet service to take advantage of this deal. Phenomenal deal otherwise. Haven't seen a $500 off iPhone 15 Pro Max deal anywhere else yet.
Cox blocked!
Yes, locked to Cox. However, it can be unlocked after 60 days.

For me (Arizona) the taxes for the device are calculated at the normal price, not the sale price. Plus there is a "device fee".

iPhone 15 is $379.99, device taxes and fees is $109.56. The device comes in at $489.55, the first bill will be $10 (activation, one time) + $16.06 (service+tax). Going with 3 months of service before I can cancel would put this at $547.73. Compared with a $901.12 price for an unlocked iPhone 15 from Apple with my city's sales tax, that's still a $353 discount. Just not as cheap as I hoped.

Right before purchasing the device, in the "Cox Mobile Service Agreement", under the cancellation clause, it reads: "You may cancel Service within 14 days of accepting this Agreement (the "Cancellation Period") without incurring additional charges after cancellation or as a result of your cancellation as long as you return, within the applicable return period, any Devices purchased from us with your acceptance of this Agreement"

To my untrained legal eyes, this says that if you cancel you service, you'll need to return the phone...

Anyone think otherwise?

Capital One cardholders, check for $50 statement credit offer. Was on the fence but this was my tipping point.
Do you know if you need to use the capital one credit card for payment to receive statement credit?

I do not see it required in the offer terms.

Have UPS/FedEX reroute once shipped. Or have them keep at office and you go drive by and pick up

Would FedEx/UPS reroute across different states?

Highly recommend you don't go with cox mobile I have their internet and it's pretty good but tried this phone service, I was lied to (had in writing) that when I could unlocked my phone yet they wouldn't honor what they previously told me, so I returned the phone and canceled the service. Took 2 months to get a refund only to get charged a $50 restocking fee that was never listed. Then when I disputed it with my credit card company they charged my credit card $850 for a phone I returned only after I called and was assured it was credited to my account and they wouldn't withdraw from my credit card. I would highly suggested you avoid this horrible company that doesn't know what it's doing and constantly lies to its customers.

Did you have to pay for the second month of service while waiting the 60 days or are you able to cancel after 1 month and wait the additional month without service?
