You should include in the original post that you have to have COX internet service to take advantage of this deal. Phenomenal deal otherwise. Haven't seen a $500 off iPhone 15 Pro Max deal anywhere else yet.

Device taxes and fees shows $273 for iphone 13 pro max. This is for Arkansas where state tax is 9.5%. Not sure how $273 comes up. Is everyone else also seeing very high taxes and fees?

I had similar experience during my purchase in RI (7% tax). It came to 148$ in taxes and fees. I called and spoke with multiple agents to understand this and finally one qualified person was able to decode it. I was told that Cox is charging Gross receipt tax, certain states allow providers to pass this tax onto consumers. Roughly 60$ in my case on top of usual sales tax and fees.

I got my 15 pro max on 11/30 and now on my December1 st bill they added $159 as High Cost Fund amount and total bill got for $179 (already paid the taxes and full price of phone )
