You should include in the original post that you have to have COX internet service to take advantage of this deal. Phenomenal deal otherwise. Haven't seen a $500 off iPhone 15 Pro Max deal anywhere else yet.

Received a titanium pro today, receiving the black pro on friday that was ordered late nov. and they just billed me for a black pro that I order on the 3rd. Now just waiting for the black pro 256 order to be placed but these phones are being shipped out way before the mid/late 20th estimated deadline.

When they placed a new order for me today they said they weren't backordered so sent it today. Maybe they caught up now.

BTW an aside. When they reordered mine today they cancelled the original order. When I looked the reason they gave to cancel the original order was "Order Fraud". Yikes! Ohmy Hoping this was just the agent looking to expedite this.Smilie

I thnk they just transferred me to that agent I talked to. I think I talked to about 6 different people. You know how that goes. The first call I was explaining what was up to the third person and all of a sudden loud music came on and the call was disconnected. I don't think there was a specific number they had me call. But there could have been. When I looked it up just now it just gave Cox's main number.

The expected ship dates on your order history never changes all that matters is the day they place the order because they ship it a day or two after that update.

Do the phones need to have an active cell line on cox to unlock? Or do I just need to wait 60days, and ask for unlock?

I'll keep internet, just don't care about cox cell service and could cancel it now

I just send a text and look at a few web pages every week or so to be safe and my iPhone 15 Pro from the last deal unlocked perfectly on day 60.

They need an active cell line, so I just did the $15 per month option, activated it with the new line, and sent a text. Now I'm just waiting for the 60 days, which is a requirement for unlocking.

I ordered on the same day but got the shipment within a few minutes and they shipped it right away for next day delivery (11/28) which I did not want as I was travelling at that time and there was no one at home to sign for the package. I had to do a vacation hold with FedEx. But yeah, I agree less said about their support (mobile). It is understandable as they are new and its not their core business......

Got my phone yesterday activated (around 12am after work) and sent confirmation to and from the new phone and worked fine. Went on chat to ask customer service if service needed to be active for unlocking policy.

I was checking my online account and showed only 2 phones from previous promo and the new only said inactive and needs to be reactivated. Online reactivation fails. Now I need to deal with cox cs tomorrow to sort it out.
