Interesting. We always have issues with our openers and remotes and we have an led lightbulb. For $3 and change willing to give this a go.

These really do work. I even soldered a new antenna before I discovered the LED bulbs could be the culprit. It was interesting that I had more trouble closing the door than opening it because the lights were already on when I tried to close the door.

Also had issues a few years ago when I replaced a burnt out incandescent bulb with a regular LED. Came across an article about using made for garage opener LEDs, got one and haven't had an issue since with poor range, inconsistent opening, etc.

This is something that drove me crazy for a week. I think I replaced old Costco FEIT LED bulbs with something brighter after one died. I finally realized the interference only when the door was open (aka Lights on) or if it was open and the lights timed out.

I went with these https://www.lowes.com/pd/GE/5013814771 because they are pretty bright and do not cause interference.

Every single one of the LED bulb deals on Amazon are usually dead within 2 mins of hitting SD.

The color LED's are always dead as soon as you get an alert about it.
