When I see keto, I assume it's also gluten free. Main ingredients are wheat (if that matters to you).

96 is quite a lot. I'd suggest trying before you buy.

As someone who's bought lots of Keto-friendly tortillas, they vary in how they serve their purpose. Even Aldi has a house brand version of this that's inexpensive.

Also, if you like a good, crispy quesadilla then many of these don't get that crisp finish to them when you cook them in a heated/greased skillet. The Mission tortillas do and have a nice golden crust when cooked, but they do have a slightly sweet aftertaste. Not bad, but not what one expects in a tortilla.

I usually keep them in the fridge and it seems fresh/the same after a month even. If you're getting this deal, keep the other bags in the freezer and that can last a few months until defrosted. They also seemed fine when I left it out in pantry for for a few wks. Didn't get moldy like bread.

I bought these last month when they were on sale. Are they great...no, but they aren't bad either. When you take into account they are low in sugar, have some fiber and protein, I like them versus the alternatives. They are "street taco" size, so on the small size. I will buy again when what I have is gone.

Didn't get the "pico" flavor, pretty plain wrapper. On a positive note, the best browning performance I have had in a low carb tortilla. Certainly not comparable to a regular tortilla in flavor, texture, etc. but very useful alternative if you are following any relevant dietary restrictions.

Mine came with the box marked with a sticker as a warehouse deal and 1 month best before date. Tested freezer cycle and they survived without any negative result from the process.
