Please read the reviews before buying this. Even at max setting it produces very little steam. Not worth it.

Thanks. Saved me from a bad purchase. Looks like the smell of plastic and little steam produced are some of the main complaints.

If this is for kids, I would say the steam rate is fine as I have been using it for 6 months. haven't experienced any plastic smell
