Had bad luck with open box. Returned 3 that sounded like someone opened and didn't get all the screens back in. A couple were also missing the charger

That is my biggest fear for open box. You get used that doesn't look like new.

For anyone picking up an open box (like I just received) Best Buy may not be factory resetting these correctly. Mine turned on to setup, but had no wifi drivers loaded. Cloud recovery/Reset instructions here (Step 4): https://rog.asus.com/articles/gui...-rog-ally/
