Like the rest are saying, this deal is okay when playing older 3D game titles, but will struggle with any new ones.

the Z1 is essentially a Ryzen 5 with Radeon 740M
the Z1 Extreme is a Ryzen 7 with Radeon 780M

That is very significant gaming performance.

I saw $480-$490 for used Z1 Extreme models, that is worth the price difference to ensure getting better gaming performance.

This big of a discount on a product that's barely been out for 2 months is a sign that sales are practically NONEXISTENT... Makes sense though, because the Z1 Extreme is a far superior machine for only $100 more (when comparing MSRP).

This big of a discount on a product that's barely been out for 2 months is a sign that sales are practically NONEXISTENT... Makes sense though, because the Z1 Extreme is a far superior machine for only $100 more (when comparing MSRP).

It runs on windows so I don't see why it wouldn't. Getting an accurate picture for it's performance might be hard though.

they must be having trouble moving these. they keep dropping the price. it's slightly slower than a steam deck. big difference compared to the "extreme" model
