I picked this up last time it was $54 earlier this summer. Its a good cooler and I don't get some of the bad reviews. I've taken mine out camping at least 3 times and it keeps stuff plenty cold. The light is a SUPER nice feature and you can easily remove it and turn it off if you want by flipping it upside down. It uses a magnet in the lid to activate and has like a 2-3 minute timer if you accidentally leave it on. It shines down nicely on your food/drinks also.
The reviews trashing it for "leaking" are mostly bogus....just check the tightness of the cap when you first get it. Apparently they updated the seal that they use on the drain plug to fix the issue on earlier ones. I can't speak for ice retention as I've only used it on 2-3 night stints but it kept my stuff perfectly cold for that long.
Also worth noting you can use the side rope handles or just grab it by the sides. There are little indents for your fingers under the left & right lid lip. The bar tray on the top is nice too in that it makes it great for mixing drinks if you are into that sort of thing ;p.

Nice looking cooler. 35 quarts is probably good for general day use.
I'd jump on this but I've already invested enough in good coolers. My 28 and 55-quart Lifetime coolers have seen a bunch of use and still look like new, and last summer I picked up a nice 70 quart rotomolded Igloo on a crazy deal.
This is injection molded but should perform and hold up well, and looks fairly compact.

I bought one of these and liked it enough I bought another one. As the other review said, the built in light is way more handy than I really expected it to be. I had bought a couple ~25 quarter coolers as I was wanting to downsize from larger, heavier coolers. I found those to be a bit too small and not fit some of the stuff we wanted to take, but these are a perfect size. Even fully loaded they're not too unwieldy.
I'm less impressed with the ice retention we've had so far, but quite honestly that's likely my own fault. We've used them on a couple trips, and aside from it being hot I've been lazy about things like pre-chilling the cooler and freezing stuff we're not going to use immediately. Still, I think it may be a bit worse than our Coleman Extreme cooler.
I've got an older version of this but 40qt; warning these things are heavy. Looks like they iterated the design of handles and features so overall a few pluses, but I doubt it's much lighter which I think is the biggest con. Also 40qt with ice doesn't leave much room for stuff, 35<40 so even less room for cooled stuff.

I have this and enjoy it besides the useless rope handles. They are not as solid feeling when you are carrying the cooler full by yourself. Otherwise I think the other features make it better than my lifetime branded one. As another comment states it does seem heavy. Heavier than my lifetime cooler but I believe it's bigger so it's difficult to judge.

A friend brought this on our last camp out, and it held its own against my $250 canyon cooler. The dry bin is awesome, and honestly makes me a little jealous after spending so much on mine.

Great, thank you!
