Yeah, my only problem is that I prepaid for a couple years ahead. At least I managed to get it for around $25 a year. I honestly don't think it is going to get better. Sony obviously has some deal with 2K so those garbage pay to play games will continue to be rammed down our throats. Pretty compelling when you list them all. Maybe one or two games that are somewhat decent. The rest are garbage. Note that there are 3 games from 2K which is clearly not by accident.

They've essentially made the lowest tier of PS+ worthless at this point. The games have been junk. The prices are high. Thinking of letting it lapse next year.

I'm done with PS+. I won't be renewing after the price increase.
I don't need the monthly games; just charge $20 for those who want to use it for online services.

I usually get the 12 month code deals, but I kinda gave up on PS+ but accidentally left auto renew on, so I paid full price for this year. I canceled my subscription because it's simply not worth it, but I'm still stuck with it till April. If I ever re-sub it will only be on months with good games, if ever. The higher tiers aren't worth it either as the catalog is pretty meh. Maybe if enough people unsubscribe they will try to do better.

Lego 2K Drive came out 6 months ago for $60, what exactly are folks expecting? A 3-month-old, $70 game for free?

Personally, I don't have PS+, but I would want to try that game without forking over full price for it.

You don't lose the games necessarily. You lose access to the games though. Once you subscribe again (if you do) the ones you had in your library will be accessible again.

In the future if you have a subscription auto-renew accidentally if you talk to support right away they'll refund it. I've had it happen several times with Xbox, PlayStation and streaming services and they never have a problem refunding so long as you don't wait weeks.
