If you go to the Offers tab you should see an offer for today's deal. You still need to activate the offer or deal as you checkout.
It's been a while since I went through the full menu but it's hard to find anything cheaper than $2.99 besides the 2 tacos, which isn't enough.
Edit: 2 tacos for $0.99 is enough to get the deal.

Incorrect. 2 tacos for .99 cents ALWAYS works on $1 minimum coupon deals at Jack in the Box. I've tested it already today and it works as usual to get the free item.

Yeah, 2 tacos + large curly fries for $.99 works for me.

I had a hunch they would end the $1 large drink promo before this started...looks to be the case.

Sucks that it's specifically an Oreo shake...dunno why they couldn't just make it any shake...well maybe minus the Girl Scout one since the others are cheaper. A good offer though if you like Oreo shakes.
