If you're not spending $100 for the free shipping it is better to buy on their Ebay store. The Fresh Foam shoes are $30 which is the same as $20 + $10 shipping but their Ebay store allows for returns while their website is final sale on clearance items.

Sizing advice - in New Balance (women's) I always have to get a half size bigger than my standard size in most other brands.

These guys suck, bought a pair on ebay found it cheaper on their site... and they never responded to my request to cancel.

Yes, their customer service is nonexistent these days. I had several years of great experiences with them until about 2021 when they merged with "regular" NB and started falling apart.

Just be aware that while the Ebay store does allow for returns, the returns are not free. The buyer still needs to pay for return postage.
