I bought this coat a couple weeks ago when it was on sale for 30% off. Went in and got a price adjustment to this price. For $125, I feel like this is a steal. I'm surprised at how warm this coat keeps me in 10 degree weather even. It's so light and easy to bring anywhere too. Fits me very well, but isn't as athletic cut as a lot of the puffer down coats - for me that's a good thing lol

I was successfully able to order a Large in Black. I typically wear a medium but put on some weight the past few months. Hoping the large fits decent also allowing extra layers underneath.

What I would do to get a good-looking downed puffy jacket with at least 800 fill without a hood from a good brand... Been waiting with alerts and occasionally manually searching for probably 18 months now. I seem to miss everything. Would go for this if it didn't have a hood.

So funny how the internet virality works. Someone makes a big deal about a missing product detail and the hive parrots the "issue". The fact of the matter is that not including the weight of insulation is pretty ordinary. Some manufacturers include such detail, others(even top brands like North Face and Patagonia) don't. This isn't rocket science. It's a hooded down jacket made with almost identical materials across brands. This jacket weighs 12.3oz. Compare to other hooded down jackets with similar materials close to that weight. The fill weight is going to be 3.8-4.2oz at medium size. It's not like they are throwing in dead weight to trick you! Would I demand this detail for technical applications? Yes, but I wouldn't be looking at a lightweight light-duty house brand jacket at $124. If you like the look and are ok with the low/medium quality of construction, get the deal and swing over to your local brewery on a crisp night and grab a cold one. You'll be good.
