Ok deal. Walgreens usually has better deals sometimes when it comes down to around $8-9 for a twin set.
True but some of us don't have much of a choice. Going with the brand names means consistency and a quality lens case.
Glad I still clicked the deal despite OP's image. The listing is for the non-Hydra Glide, which is what I actually need for sclerals. Good deal!
Better than Costco pricing

Good catch… the second image is the correct version, but I can't find a way to edit the photos linked to the post.
You guys have good eyes! Glad you were able to catch this. I've gone ahead and updated the image to the Triple Action Cleaning bottles now. Thank you.

the costco packs are 2x16 oz bottles with 2 cases instead of these 2x12 oz bottles with one case.

i can also use my FSA or HSA at costco while i can't here. so this deal doesn't make sense for me.

I'm not sure if it's applicable in this specific case, but Amazon does have an FSA/HSA section. I've used my FSA funds at Amazon at the end of the year so as not to lose them.

FYI this is NOT for general daily storage. For cleaning only. Made this mistake in the past, will burn your eyes if you store lenses in this.

Do special discounts only apply to your first subscribe and save order or also the repeat order for the same item?

I am new to sclerals (been wearing for less than a month, for my keratoconus). The starter bottle I got from my doctor is the Hydra Glide version. Can you explain the difference between that and the version in this deal? If Hydra Glide is important for sclerals I don't want to get this. Thanks!

It's a wetting agent that is part of the solution. It is designed to work with Alcon HydraGlide lenses. If you don't use them, then the additive may be bothersome. Most people don't notice any difference but you don't know without comparing.

How is this compare to the generic target up up one?
The solution seems to work just the same (3% hydrogen peroxide) but the case is definitely a bit cheaply made. If you have larger sclerals, you may not be able to close the case all the way. I have to leave the case slightly open when I'm using it. They do give you two cases instead of one though, per package.

Ugh what? You need to use the provided case with the disk to disinfect. After about 6 hours the peroxide is no longer active due to the carbon disk and you can put it in your eyes. This is written on the bottle, hence the red tip. Do not put directly in your eyes.

If you use it with the included case, the solution neutralizes in about 5-6 hours and shouldn't burn. You can definitely store your lenses in it that way.

If you just dump it in a regular contact lens case, without the disc, then yes it will burn.

I've never seen the cases by themselves, as every bottle comes with one. As someone who ends up using a single case for multiple bottles (I toss when the bubbling/catalyst isn't enough to neutralize by the next morning), I'm not sure how a case would get used up before the bottle runs out. Are you rinsing the catalyst disc with hot water, or somehow abrading the catalyst in some fashion (scrub brush, etc.)?
