Varies by store but I have been finding them regularly for weeks-
Not always in the same places store to store. Ask an employee to do an inventory check. Some stores have boxes of them left.

Their employee scanner device can see info we can't.
In the Home Depot app if you click "Pick up at LOCATION Store" it should open a list of nearby stores and tell if it's available for pickup today
but I am not sure I trust that inventory system because mine is showing none nearby and I've definitely seen them in the last few days.
I've also found numerous times when trying to price check an item in store that the app says "not available in this store"...while I'm holding the item.
Many of the indoor smart plugs WLPP1CFH also available 2 pack for $5.50.
