Got this mainly for cleaning my cars. Live in a Condo so running a cord to the car was a pain. Bought the new 3 gal as well, and side by side fitting them in the car in different areas the 1 gal was the better choice for me. Suction on high between the two I couldn't tell a difference even though the 3 gal says 6 more IOW. This is light, super portable, and has good enough power. Have some extra tools from past vacuums.
Use it once a week on the cars black interiors. And for some other projects inbetween. Very happy with it as long as it lasts.

I've gone down that road and have found justification for 7 different vacuums. Trying to make it 8 due to portability and the fact that I have 5 or 6 batteries for this already. Must resist….

I had the 3 gallon one which works well so I bought two of the one gallon They said they have about the same power. Great for sucking up water or dirt when you during service work or just a quick clean up. These are not meant to stay on for long periods of time cuz it will suck the battery. But they are great for sucking up mud dirt water stuff like that when you remove the filter

I just got my dad a Makita 18v one for work since he's already in the system but it's expensive as heck. I was trying to buy rigid or ryobi since it's like 50% the price or more but having to charge more batteries is a pain.
