Pros: heated water, heated seat, remote and saved user preferences
Cons: Women in my life don't like the bidet part (but love the heated seat!), air filtering system has slowly lost functionality, drying is lackluster.
Overall, it's one of the best splurges/investments I've ever made. I have a ~$30 basic bidet installed elsewhere, and while that's preferable to no bidet, the Toto is leaps and bounds beyond comparison.

The other downside to no continuous hot water is the tank has to be certain size to deliver the correct amount of warm water making the C5 bigger and not as nice looking. These have a smaller profile.
Definitely used. Mine came with a manual for English, Spanish, and French.

I had two Bio-Bidets. Both of the seats became brittle and cracked after about 2-3 years. One split along the join line where the plastic was originally molded, and on the other one, the little support pillars that hold the seat slightly off the rim of the toilet collapsed into the seat, leaving big holes, and then it also cracked on the stress line.
We're not large people, yet both Bio-Bidets failed as if sat on by giants. Never buying that brand again.
No trouble with the Brondells from Costco so far. If Toto K300s had been available under $600 when I bought either time, that's what I would've gotten.
