Yep, I remember back when I first found SD in 2007 and it was actually user driven rather than a place for shilly companies to sell crap.

Everyone who have not gotten their order shipped yet should cancel. This is only one can and believe me it is not worth it anymore to fight to get a free single can. Amazon customer service on both chat and phone is now outsourced mostly to India and these people not only push back hard on even the most superficial of things such as this 95-cent can of soup, but they do so aggressively and rudely. They have no problem spending 20 minutes on chat or the phone with you pushing back the whole time against refunding you $0.95. Let me tell you how hardcore it has become - I bought a 5 lb bag of flour of which a national recall was issued due to salmonella contamination and I bought this from Amazon and so I contacted Amazon customer service over the phone and was transferred to another department once they found out about me trying to return this for a refund due to the salmonella recall and what I got was not only an extremely rude and aggressive Indian person from India pushing back on the whole thing and not wanting to give me my money back when by law they had to and I kept on stressing this but they felt that they didn't have to refund my money and I even escalated it and talk to you another manager that was there with them and even that person who was also Indian completely pushed back and said they did not have to give me a refund even though by law they had to and this was a supervisor in charge of everyone and this guy had the nerve to tell me that I had to ship the flour back to the manufacturer (which was Gold Star or Kraft or something like that) on my own dime and tell them it was their responsibility to send me a check for it and only when I threatened a lawsuit for 5 minutes straight of telling them they were definitely going to be sued over this if they didn't take this recall back and refund my money did the supervisor finally break down and refund me my money but they didn't give me any coupon codes for the future for the trouble they just rudely gave me my money back and wrote a lie down as to why because I got an email confirmation to the refund that said the refund was for something completely my fault and not for something their fault which it definitely was so just be aware of all this whenever you return something to Amazon even if it's under a dollar you're going to probably get some type of ridiculous, ludicrous and obscene aggressive and nasty pushback like this.

I too only got 1 can ( in a padded envelope). Was worth a shot, but definitely not worth the time to call customer service about it over a .95 cent purchase.
