So my power went out last night and this morning my PC won't start, even though it was on a protector. HP proprietary PSU. Anyways, the PC is near EOL for gaming so I need to know if option A is acceptable or should I go with option B and wait for shipping? I picked up the last Cyberpower at the local walmart but havent opened it yet. Both cost $699 but the specs vary.

Also open to other reasonable options.

The i5 is probably a little better than the Ryzen, but the GPU in the other one has 2GB more RAM. For all the difference it makes I'd probably just go with whichever one has better aesthetics (which for me, is the MSI)
I can say that CyberPowerPC has treated me well with my RMAs, no pushback whatsoever, and timely replacement for my RAM sticks.

Until then, I'm on my old ass XPS 8300 running Windows 7 lol
Not looking forward to W11 though. I like 10 the way it is.

I may revisit Cyberpunk since I never did after the launch fiasco.

Doesn't look like The Division is listed but here's the list for reference: https://www.rockpapersh
