Honestly, it's hard to deny how great this is at this price. Anyone with a circular saw, id highly recommend picking one up at this price.

Absolutely. The whole video is a nice overview, but at 2:00 minutes is the demonstration of being fixed to a wooden base.

If you don't have a store locally, it comes to $25 ish shipped. I purchased on Amazon for $19 and prime free shipping. Still a very good price both ways.

Yes, I'd say that's who it's targeting. However, some still find this helpful in addition to other saws due to portability or for smaller pieces. If you search for Kreg Crosscut Station on youtube there are a few videos demonstrating it's use. There's one where they show it secured to a wood base that I thought was a neat idea for certain use cases.

It comes in a roughly 5x9x16.5 inch box. It's assembled with 8 screws, plus 4 more screws to put in the rails for your saw.

Even if you have a table saw this looks useful for some scenarios. If you want to crosscut a long piece of lumber that a speed square won't work on and you have no way to support the end moving it through your table saw, this would allow a stable stationary option for the cut.
