does this work if i make multiple payments on my tmobile bill? What about if i just prepay $100 to credit my phone account against an upcoming bill (i think you can just do that?)

There is no place to confirm it. You just have to trust them. Worked on all 3 of mine, As soon as the last pending qualifying charge clears and brings you to $100 or over Chase automatically deducts the $15 from your balance owed.

States I already activated the offer on 2/4 of my chase cards, but this is the first I've seen the offer. It's worth a try.
