Hello there! WarehouseB here!

The SWFT Fleet only requires you to pedal to get going. Once you take off, you can use the throttle to go or you can use the pedal assisted mode. Please feel free to reach out to us at [email protected] if you have any questions.
37.2 miles per charge x 600 cycles is 22320 miles. At 20 mph, that's over 1100 hours on the bike. This would mean 3 hours per day, 7 days a week to kill this battery in 2 years. That's a lot of riding!
Hi ww2style, we're giving this another go!

Unfortunately, all batteries decline in performance eventually. Some manufacturers may put an estimate on how on many charging cycles so as to help customers gauge how long that may be. The good news is that adopting healthy charging habits can help keep your battery healthy longer, such as not leaving the battery dormant for long periods of time and avoiding over charging.

As for the warranty, the answer is yes! Woot provides a standard 90 day warranty with an option to extend through Asurion here [amazon.com].

And the last two questions, I'll answer together: Currently the replacement battery [rideswft.com] for this bike is $399 on SWFT's website. So the fact that you can get the battery and the bike for that same price rn on Woot is, one might say, a highway robbery.

If you have any further questions, please reach out to us at [email protected]!

If ti says pedal assist, probably means you must pedal at all times. No battery powered only riding.

This may be the first time I've noticed on any electric bike listing a battery lifespan based on charges. Any idea what happens after 600 charges? Is that warrantied? Is that competitive at this price point? And how much does a replacement battery usually cost?

A single speed e bike is great especially if you weigh less than 200 pounds. I built one years ago and it is the one that gets ridden the most. Simple and light. I just ordered this one to try out. It goes up hills just fine especially if you at least pedal it a bit. I have a jacked knee so all my bikes get converted to electric. On range it really is up to the rider. The more you pedal the better of course. Most of the time people ride less than 3 miles. I got this for going to car shows to cruise around. It's the same cost of a scooter. On my builds the battery and powered ebike conversion kits cost almost 800$. It is also 48 volts so that's amazing. 36 versus 48 volts is a noticeable difference.

600 charge cycles... so, if you are a frequent rider, this battery might last about two years. I don't know if I find that to be worth it. After two years you find yourself with the choice of replacing the battery (I'm guessing it's expensive) or getting a new bike altogether. For a frequent rider, might be worth taking a more long-term view and investing in a bike with higher quality, longer-lasting parts.
