I bought this hose for $46.79 when the manufacturer was offering a coupon. It has been great so far.

I was satisfied with the Yamatic hose, so I purchased this gun recently for $34.39:

This is the wand I'm using for car washing purchased for $26.64:
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BX1HD...tails&th=1

I bought this cheap foam cannon years ago for $12.69, and I've done probably 100 or more washes and it's doing fine:

If you don't want to chance it like I did, then buy MTM. All of my quick connects on my hoses are MTM. Should probably be some Christmas or New Years sales in 3-4 weeks.

Great deal. I bought a couple months ago at higher price and would bite on this without blinking an eye.

Great for hooking up foam gun and car washing.

Is it really powerful? Bought a PowRyte electric recently: weak as hell! 3800 PSI 2.4 GPM

I'd rather have 1000psi at 2GPM for car washing. I'd rather have gas powered for most other tasks (siding, decks, driveways, etc.). The best is both.

I'd recommend most people buy in this order:
1.) Buy this one as it's the best value of any car wash electric washer. It sucks as an actual production washing unit, but if you are patient you can do a deck or driveway.
2.) Buy a proper 50' hose once you get tired of the crappy stiff 25' hose these come with.
3.) Replace the gun when it starts to leak
4.) Get a gas when you have a big enough deck or driveway, and you don't want to take all day cleaning it with an electric

Considering this for backup to my Westinghouse WPX3200 Gas Powered Pressure Washer 3200 PSI and 2.5 GPM. In case my Gas powered one does not work or needs repair or want to pressure wash more quietly, the WPX is loud! Mainly for car washing with foam canon any thoughts as backup?

You can check out my previous comment for more details, but this is easily the best you can do at this price for an electric washer. A gas isn't great for washing cars. An electric isn't great for big pressure washing tasks. There's some overlap, but they can't replace each other.

A good gas washer will blast an area probably 4 times wider than an electric. That means the job is done four times faster. 2hrs on a Saturday isn't much. 8 hours takes away your day.

This is an excellent pressure washer machine for the price, I have been using one for more than one year. I would pick this over Ryobi (they came around $90 - $100).

Can you please recommend good 50' hose and replacement gun?

The PowRyte has an asterisk next to those numbers and doesn't have a website to look up a manual on to possible tell you the real "rated" numbers. I'm sure they are not 3rd party rated either.

Many times they are rated at something high like 3800 PSI but only at 0.1 GPM then rated at 800PSI when putting out 2.4GPM with a different typ. So they are not lying but you are never getting both 3800 PSI and 2.4GPM at the same time.

Gas pressure washers and better electric pressure washers like this one are more likely to tell you the accurate PSI at a given GPM.

Even this one cheats a little saying 2250 PSI Max but then tells you 1800PSI at 1.2GPM.

Btw my gas powered does excellent job washing my car. I used to have a sun Joe and it broke just days outside of warranty and they would not warranty it. So no more Sun Joe for me.

Karcher is the most reputable name in the world for pressure washers. I don't know what a PowRyte is, but I kow they are lying about the spec. All of the electrics draw about 13A of electricity. That's the limiting factor. So almost none of them do what they claim. Obsessed Garage on YouTube tested virtually every reputable electric washer sold. You can look up objective test results if you desire. The Karchers biggest selling points are:
1.) Most reputable and largest manufacturer of pressure washers in the world.
2.) Excellent warranty with quickly mailed out replacements.
3.) Standard hose fitting size unlike SunJoe and many others.
4.) Pump motor only runs while the hose is spraying (HUGE deal for me).

Gas can wash a car, but it's loud and there's a lot of car washing time where it will either be there idling, or you have to turn it off. I greatly prefer the quieter electric that is completely silent while not spraying. Also most foam cannons sold are set up for electrics. You can switch the jets, but when the electric is better for cars, and it's only $85, why bother with gas? Also gas washers are too powerful. You must maintain adequate distance to not peel off paint. Electrics really shine for car washing.
