In what sense? Serious question. They're all rated for only 50 meters water resistance and none even look like a dive watch.

I'd say Citizen screwed up the design of NJ0150. They should have matched the bracelet with the case like Tissot did it with their PRX homage.

In for one. This is a great price for the green dial! This watch is a borderline imitation or an homage to certain Date-just, but based on reviews wears really well. I don't mind adding this one as a first green dial to my collection and it's so just in time for the holidays! Thanks OP.

I have no clue about watches, but I wanted to buy on a decent one. I've heard about Citizen before, and see that this is a good price.

I know there are tons of other watches, but can someone please share a bit why this is a good deal/watch? Ty!

Joma's 'discounts' are very shady. They're basically always at a discount, probably gray market.

I had my eye on a model that went down to $1600 earlier this year, but it went up to $1750 on their 'black friday' sale.

Go for the eco drive. Much better at keeping time over an extended period. And if money is no object, Citizen makes the unarguably the greatest quartz watch in the world- most watch collectors have one as their quartz example. https://youtu.be/IQt3ik4yn1M

Same question on my end. I got an Eco-Drive years ago and its been my daily driver since. I like the looks of these, but if not Eco-Drive...no thanks!

Automatic watches can be a fun/interesting rabbit hole once you start looking into specific movements and such. It seems like once you take the plunge you want to look for your next watch. I bought a Citizen Grand Classic about 10 years ago (looks similar to the green face above, but black). While I am happy with it aesthetically, it's slow by about one minute per day which is super annoying, given I paid close to $700 for it. Quartz watches are more accurate, but they don't have a smooth second hand movement. (Except for very specific ones like from Bulova) I then started looking into chronometers (which are certified for accuracy) and was set on getting something nicer (even as far as obsessing over an Omega but at the end of the day I ended up getting an Apple Watch and my Citizen sits in a drawer for dressy occasions.
