Looks like T-Mobile is offering a hidden $10 hotspot plan ($15 before Auto pay). This is for consumer and business accounts. It's for BYOD hotspot devices only and connected laptops (so no phones or tablets). Looks like you will have to contact T-Mobile to get this. There will be a $35 activation fee as well. See the attached flyer and link for more info.

I did not ask about gift card, but I called via Costco and got the activation fee waived. Sim only.
Yeah they mentioned there was a free cash card (ships within 13 weeks). Yes they also waived the activation fee.

$35 activation kills it.....just call it $50 for 30GB and be done with it.
Make sure you go to H&R block & let them handle your taxes. You don't wanna prattle with that complicated thing called math.

I just got this plan and put the sim in my tablet. It is working fine.

They did not ask for an IMEI or anything so pretty sure you can just put it in anything.
Which tablet?

I'm using my free line I got a while back as a Hotspot.
I tried using my free line as a data plan for an iPad but wouldn't work. What device did you end up using it in?

No. Apparently, it works for any device per some reports since it's a "mobile Internet line". I can't verify that though since I don't have it. That's just what I've heard.
You telling me this works for any phone as well? So an iphone it works? But are they giving you the tmobile sim card for this or you need a tmobile sim card for this?

So any laptop would work as well?

Also if you cancel it, then activate it again if there is that deal, you have to pay $35 each time? So say someone wants it for few months then don't want it anymore. You can continue paying $10 each month if you don't use it or cancel it. But the plan would be gone if you want to sign up again?

just signed up using the Costco number...added to my existing account.

$10 taxes included every month
Sales taxes for the Franklin T110; will be billed as $3.75 a month but will be credited $3.75 so it should come out to be zero.
Did not ask for the $25 Costco cash card. Don't really care.

$10 for a travel hotspot of 30GB is good..why not.

In for 2 hotspot. 1 per car. Cheaper than OnStar and bmw data plan. Customer service smooth talked me and waived the activation fee. No limit how many to get.

You got wrong plan which only gives 30gb data that is not the plan "unlimited data with 30gb hotspot"
Please clarify, this is 30gb high speed the. Throttled after 30gb per month. How do you explain?

My TMO rep said the line won't show up until the sim ships. Good question though, hopefully it is added properly!

Does the $10/ mo rely on auto bill pay credit of $5? I have too many lines to get any more auto pay credits. Cheers
Never mind, just read the very first sentence in description. /sigh

I was told the cash card comes only if you get the device not just plan but one never really knows is what my life experience teaches me

wait am I reading this right, if you add "autopay discount" its only $5/month total?

T-Mobile sucks in my area but might jump on this as a backup

lmk

crazy how cheap data is becoming. Apparently starlink is going to target phone market too wonder if that can make things cheaper
